• Usage:
• The calender can be used for rubber sheet or PVC sheet processing, tire sheet processing, coating ect. Roller number will be two roll,three roll, four roll ,five roll.
• Features for the rubber (or PVC) calender:
• Hollow Roll : quantity can be 2,3,4 or 5 according to the technical of products.
• We can design drilled roll for you. and mirror polishing the surface.
• The roll material is Cast iron alloy (LTG-H), after quenching and precision processing, hardness HS:76.
• Main bearing : Dual-listed Tiaoxin spherical roller bearings
• Base of machine : is made by cast iron (FC30),after quenching,highest intension and precision, with lubrication hole.
• seal-capping of base is made by aluminum ,no oil leakage in and outside.
• Reducer: Airtight leaching oil type,hardened gear reducer, Almost no noise,safty . Precision is six grade.
• Lubrication pump: power is 0.37 KW,by Oil automatic circle. With oil back window on the base of machine,you can check the oil for lubrication.
• Emergency brake between motor and reducer, when overload ,the machine will stop automaticly
